Yes, Devildriver again! :)

Second gig this week - this time at Fête de la musique in Thionville, France.
The crowd was really insane, the gig a lot of fun! :)

Btw, I very sorry, but I can make it to WFF :(
My mom will have an operation on the 1st of July, so I must be with her in the hospital for several days. I hope to see ya next time. This summer is definitely not my best one.

Check them out on Myspace! :) They have a new album coming up next month and it´s gonna be great! :D

Yep, it was outside. It was a "festival" called Fête de la musique. As far as I know this was invented in France back in the 80s and it´s taking place every year in June. There´s various bands/musicians on lots of locations all over the city. Lots of different styles from Reggae to Metal in parks, pubs etc. So this one was the Metal stage, hehe. Was really good, that a friend of me was responsible for that stage and managed to get Devildriver and Dagoba there

At first I was a bit angry, that I couldn´t shoot from in front of the stage, but in the end shooting from onstage turned out to be the best idea, hehe.

Oh, that´s a pity! :( Hope your mom is going to be allright again soon! Sure, there´s gonna be more festivals! And even when the festival season hasn´t been so great so far, there´s the concert season waiting after it! :)
I´m not 100% sure either, whether I´ll make it there. Hoping for the best though, but I´ll have to decide more or less spontaneously when I come back from Metaltown.

Yes, it turned to be a great photo taken from an unusual place ! :) Great, just great!

Well, I hope so :) I only hoped to create a good portfolio based on the summer festivals... I was so into the idea to have Motorhead, Arch Enemy, Sepultura, Soulfly, Dimmu Borgir etc in it, but.... the situation is stronger than me this time. Well let's hope for the future :) I'm actually kinda find it good - I have sooooo many hundreds of pictures from Legacy, WGT and Zita Festival I have absolutely no time to process... gimme 60 Gbs of new pictures from WFF and I'll drop dead :))
